Problem with vampires. [SOLVED]

hi

i succesfully trained a vampire.
for some reason when i interact with other sims i can only drink plasma
i have no other interactions and cant cast spells on them

any ideas?

Hello and welcome!

Sorry to ask this but I need to confirm a few things. Are you yourself a new vampire or are you already at a higher rank? Fledgling is the lowest rank and you should be able to choose your powers/weakness at the vampire power tree.

If you are already a 'seasoned' vampire, check to see if you have any conflicting mods/CCs by moving out the Mods folder in Documents and run the game again. Test with your sim, and if it's not there, see if the pre-made vampires are able to use their powers.

If they can and yours cannot, try resetting your sim next by using the console command below:

Code:: Ctrl + Shift + c Testingcheats enabled. Then, shift + click on your sims, select reset.

as for your questions:
1. i am a master vampire. when i click on my sims i have all the spells options (allure, influence emotions etc.). only when i click other sims i see only drink plasma and dont have the other interactions which i unlocked from the vampire power tree.
2. i already tried without mods. same problem.
3. i tried your advice and used a pre-made vampire without mods as well and he also had the drink plasma option only (i checked his power tree and he had other options as well).

Hmm. That's odd. Have you tried re-applying the Vampire files again? And then remember to delete the Game folder, proceed to install Parenthood + Fitness. Back up your current Sims 4 folder in Documents beforehand.
