Expansion / Stuff packs not downloading as zip files?

I own a digital copy of the Sims 4 game through Origin, I am trying to put all the pirated expansion and stuff packs from here onto my personal copy but whenever I download the expansions from the downloads list it doesn't download as a zip file for me to extract using Winrar. The posts that I've seen on here people have them as zip files and when they extract them their are multiple folders but mine aren't zip files. Do I need to use UTorrent or something to fix that? Sorry, I don't have much experience with this kind of thing.
