I'm getting an error whenever I try to download TS4

It's been a really long time since I've been on here, but I really need help. I really want to install the sims 4, but I get this error whenever I try. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Apparently you have a problem with installing Vredist.
As far as I can remember you need version 2013 for the Sims
You can download it HERE

What is the Vredist?
And which one should I download??

Run both .exe files

Got it! it works now I just run into the origin and Spanish problem but theres a different topic for that. Thank You

Delete the existing Game folder
Download a NEW FOLDER
Extract with Winrar and place the folder Game where you deleted the existing folder Game

did that and it runs in English now. thanks.
