Sims 3 Install Question.[SOLVED]

I'm curious, I have a legal copy of Sims3, should I patch it before installing all the other expansion packs that Im downloading? Also, can load and play some of the expansions while waiting for the others to download? Im on a shared network so DLing is rather slow, I get about one downloaded a day.

Currently I already have Sims 3 installed and fully patched, just not sure if I need to reinstall it and not patch before adding anything else.

Hello,
No you don't have to reinstall. That your game is fully patched makes it easier for you.
Note that you shouldn't use any of the cracks that come with files you're downloading, get the Ultimate fix in stead and use its crack. You're going to need it even though your base game is legal.
You can play with some of the expansions while you wait for the rest to finish downloading, but the crack from the fix requires Pets, Town Life Stuff or generations. So if you haven't downloaded either of these yet, that should be your first priority. Cracking other expansions isn't going to do it for you, because those cracks are incompatible with the latest game version.

Oh great, thanks! I'll DL those three first then! Seems like this will be easier then I was trying to make it out to be.
