Please HELP - Sims 4 Stopped Working

Hello, 
So I downloaded The Sims 4 with all packs (Get to Work, Get together, City living + all stuff packs),
I followed the instructions and did everything right but when i try to run the game it says : "Sims 4 stopped working" and automatically closes the program. 
I tried moving my Sims 4 folder, deleting everything and re - downloaing it. Also tried using the ultimate fix. 
I really don't know what else to do and I am frustrated because I'm trying to fix this for almost 8 hours. 
If anyone can help me I'd love a solution, XO

There might be a problem with The Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts.
Rename it to f.e. The Sims 4_old and try to start your game again.
