"The Sims 4 stopped working." Empty "The Sims 4 stopped working."

Hi guys,

I bought TS4 Premium Edition when it came out, but I saw that G4TW don't recommend installing the other DLC's and packs with Oring-game, so I installed the base game from G4TW and it ran just fine. I have followed the *Must Read* instructions, did every step but when I try to run my game the message "The Sims 4 stopped working" shows up and I can't do anything.

What did I do wrong?!

Hi there,


Did you installed all the other DLCs up till Tot's stuffs? If yes, try running the game in windowed mode to see if it still crashes. Else, do take a look at this topic here on possible solutions to crashes.  Smile
