Screenshots can't be found?

Screenshots can't be found? Empty Screenshots can't be found?

Hey guys! So I have a problem... I'm taking lots of screenshots but I can't seem to find most of them. I mean, I know the file's location (Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Screenshots) but most of the screenshots I took are not there. When I try to view them in the screenshot manager, they all turn to that llama icon. I heard from some people that memory screenshots can't be found of something like that... 
I even used pose player and posed my sims for a pic (so it wasn't really a memory or an event) but it wasn't found either. Help?

-Note: I have tried to reorder the screenshots by name, and also looked in the saves' scratch, but that didn't work either.

Is it possible that you have this "OneDrive" active, and that those things are saved "in the cloud"?
