Screenshots not saving in folder

Hey there! I have a problem with my screenshots. I take them with C, and when I check in the folder (In documents obviously) there's nothing. In the story mode screens it just pops up while the game is on and then it banishes, I have tried re-installing, checking the location of the screenshots, creating a new "The Sims 4" folder, adding the main folder and "Game"/"Bin", to the avast exceptions but nothing fixes the problem. I also tried to see the folder's permissions, but nothing. Please, help, I'm addicted to taking screenshots lol
