Hey guys,

So today I've installed the sims 4 from here (followed every step I think) and it went well, or so I thought. I made a sim no problem, moved it in without a problem. But then..
When I tried to interact with stuff, only half of it would allow me to, I could use the TV, but not the fridge. And the only interaction with other sims I could do was greeting them. No menus would show up.

So I googled some solutions, of which none worked. So I tried the ultimate fix from here, which worked! Only it deleted all the DLC's, so I tried it from the ''Game_'' folder, which game me an error3 message. I did that fix, and it worked, got my DLC, but an infinite loading screen.
Now through some hassle (I forgot what exactly) I got rid of the infinite loading, but I can't interact with most of the stuff again. And I am all out of ideas.

Does anyone know a fix?

Hi there,

Do you have any mods/CCs? If yes, I'd suggest taking them out, or rather, renaming your current Sims 4 folder in Documents and then create a random new family to see if the bug is still there.

Take note: The ultimate (update-only) fix will delete your DLCs so it's better to stay away from it in future.

I am having an issue with infinite loading screen also. I lost all my packs and had to restart and re-download. Then i had to tweak a few things to get it to work again. Its all up to date but now it has infinite loading screen

Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply. So currently your problem is that you can't interact with the stuffs right? Try re-installing Toddler's stuff again to see if that fixes it. If not, and the same thing happens with a fresh sims 4 folder in Documents, I'd recommend re-installing your game and following the guide carefully.
