Good day! I just recently installed your Sims 4 basegame and extensions by following your instructions to the dot. However, an error keeps on popping out whenever I try to open the game. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall but the same error pops out. Hope you can help. I attached the picture of what comes up hen I try to load the game. Thank you very much!

Hi there,

Unfortunately there's no image but that's quite alright. Did you install the DLCs/packs all the way to Toddler's Stuff or did you stop at a certain DLC?

I am having the same problem and I installed all the way to toddler stuff.

So keen to play I have been trying for 3 days installed up to vampires and spent ages creating the perfect sim but when I went to move into a lot it was an eternal loading screen so I uninstalled everything and tried again to the T and now it wont even startup just get the error code below

Log in via Zlorigin
Rightclick on the picture of Sims 4 and select Repair.
When repaired place the G4TW Game folder for Toddler Stuff in your install folder The Sims 4

Hello,

Sometimes the issue can be caused by incompatible mods/CC as well, so maybe you want to double-check on that as well, if you added any mods to the game in the past.

I also have this problem now... "Cannot Start because required game data is missing or damaged. Please repair or reinstall the game via Origin.
[8562c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000]"...

I just installed all the sims4 base game & expansions, also follow the instructions on how to install sims4 correctly... already used the ultimate fix... and I don't have any mods in it [just freshly sims4 & expanxions installation]... but the same problem still remains... what else should I do? thanks.

When you want to play with expansions never use the ultimate fix.

Hey there,

You can either repair the game with ZLOrigin as mentioned, or re-installed the game again from the base game. If you had use the update-only fix, that will delete all your DLCs, and that error might pop up. You can try placing the origin files below to your Game\Bin:
