How can I have the game sims 4 in french? [SOLVED]

i tried to speech in english but my language is french. i once have the game in french but after i have installed Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff the game start in english. after Toddlers Stuff the game going spanish i use the error code 3 and now is in english again. i need help please please please please

First, use the Error Code 3 Fix here:

Then you change the language to French, according to the post here:

Don't forget to start the game as Administrator after changing the language, good luck!
