No towns are showing?

None of the sims 4 base towns are showing for me. I create my character and it sends me to select my world but nothing is there. It is a fresh install on a new computer, no custom content. Thank you

Is your game update to the latest patch 1.33 (Toddler's Stuff) ? If yes, do download the game folder from the link below and copy + paste them to your Sims 4 installation folder. Remember to either rename the Game folder to Game_ OR delete the current Game folder before pasting the new one.

Don't forget to delete your existing Game folder first.
Then add the folder from the above link. (after extracting with winrar of course)
