GLITCHES in the texture of my sims

Hello everyone!!!
Thank you for your excellent work!
I have had a problem after i install The Sims 4: Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff , my sim became like this:

So i have re-installed the game from the base, but nothing changes!

Help me please!

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

That looks like problems with meshes. Is the CAS empty like that? If you have any mods/CCs, I'd suggest taking the mods folder out and run the game again.
