STUCK IN LOADING SCREEN Empty STUCK IN LOADING SCREEN

HI. HOW TO FIX THIS STUCK LOADING SCREEN?
I JUST DOWNLOADED THE SIMS 4 BASE GAME THEN THE ULTIMATE FIX BUT WHEN OPENED IT , IT SAYS ORIGIN IS NOT WORKING. 
I DID TRY TO MOVE OUT THE SIMS 4 FOLDER TO PROGRAM FILES. IT WORKS BUT WHEN I SELECTED A HOUSEHOLD IM STUCK AT THE LOADING SCREEN. PLS HELP.STUCK IN LOADING SCREEN Untitl10

Have you tried the fix for the endless loading here? Else, if you have any mod, move the folder out and run the game again.
