No interaction (vampires)

Hi, I just recently downloaded expansion packs for Sims 4 (I had only basic game up until now) and I found out a problem with sim interaction.
Normal sims can interact with others just fine, event with vampires, but when I switch to vampires, they cannot interact with anyone. There is no interaction menu available when I click on sims.
I followed install instruction from this page.
I even removed all mods before packs installation 

Are you using the mods in the game when you run it? If you are, then check your mods. Some of them may be causing the problem.
