Sims 4 won't work when changed to english

I've recently downloaded and installed all the  games4theworld sims 4dlc and fixes and when i ran it for the first time it was in spanish. I closed it changed the rldorigin.ini files language to en_US, got an error message that says "Unable to start: the contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to Play".
I tried changing it to french and back, but got the same message again. (Though it worked when in french)
I dont know what else to try; origin isn't even installed on my computer.
Please help

So I got it to work in english but now there's no worlds?
Anyone know a fix?

Assuming you have installed up till toddler's stuff, try placing this game folder instead and see if that helps.

Remember to delete or rename the current Game folder before pasting the new one!
