Sims 4 update?

Hi all, i have the sims 4 base game + all the major and minor dlc downloaded from games4theworld awhile back and its on version 1.31.37.1020. i'd like to update it to the latest available patch on this website, not just the base game but the whole package. but i cant seem to find it? or maybe i just cant understand the instructions.

We have a "Toddlers Stuff"-torrent, that will also update your basegame of TS4 to version 1.33.38.1020. You can fetch the torrent here:
