Household not visible after creating, just shows empty lot

So I made a new household and for some reason, when it starts everything loads fine, no infinite loading screen, or nothing but when we load into the lot, both my sims are invisible, as if they didn't exist there's no portrait on the HUD there's only the aspirations tab on the bottom right which is empty. Please help...

It would help if you could tell us what your latest installed DLC is.

My latest dlc is the toddler stuff

Are you using CC (custom content) ??
Because when Toddler Stuff starts normally (not in Spanish) I think that can be the only reason left.

Hi @jrongs ,

You can move out your mods folder and see if the bug is gone. If it is, then the CC is causing this error. You can test them in batches (what I did was put mine in 'category' folders ; hair, clothing, etc) and see which is one at fault.
