Endless Loading ! Please help !

Hi , so I have recently downloaded the sims 4 and all the DLCs till date from  your downloads site . I have carefully installed the game then later applied all the dlc's in order as per the instructions mentioned .
I have been having this problem ever since i have tried to firstly play the game .
What happens is that I get to the main menu just fine , am able to enter the CAS , put when I try to place my household into a lot , I am met with an infinite loading screen .
Now I have definitely tried to fix this myself in some ways .
I tried Re-installing the game and applying the dlcs in order as per the instructions .
The problem continued after this so I also downloaded and applied the 'fixed' game file as per the instructions from the thread here : https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t29990-fix-for-endless-household-loading-screen-version-1-33-38-1020

The problem continues .
I would love it if you are able to provide with me with a fix .

Hi there,

Before placing the new game folder, have you made sure to either rename or delete your current one? Else, if you happen to install any mods as well, do take them out and see if that helps.
