Annoying Sims 4 Cats and Dogs issues.

Hello everyone,

Yesterday i downloaded the Cats and Dogs DLC, but when i start the game, i see no text by the new furnitures, no interactions, no info in the CAS when i create a cat or dog, items appear as **DEBUG**, but i can buy and use them. I did every option that i can try, remove the mods folder, or save folder to another map, downloaded a full game with the cats and dogs dlc and replace the files, but NOTHING worked, really NOTHING. now i have to wait for the next patch or dlc, or if there is a fix for this version, that really works. It really annoys me.

i hope that there will be a solution.

Have you tried re-downloading? Have you used any cheats?

If you answer yes respond
Otherwise, try this
1. go to the Documents folder
2.Open electronic arts foler
3. Delete the entire Sims 4 folder (this will delete saves and mods)

Hi there,

Just a heads up, if you think your saves are not corrupted or you'd rather not download every CCs again (i don't think there's alot of mods out there), you can simply rename the Sims 4 folder instead and not delete them. 

Could you perhaps screenshot your Sims 4 installation folder so we can double-check everything again?
