Sims 4 Cats & Dogs PLEASE HELP

Sorry guys!
So today I installed the all the Sims 4 games upto the cats and dogs patch.
But every time i go to press the Sims 4 icon..
& it goes to load as a blank screen then goes back to the desktop with nothing ..as though it crashes

Here is some screenshots of my folders - I have no CC

Any advise would be appreciated

Move the entire The Sims 4 folder as shown in
https://gyazo.com/4bca4401184964b8a9ee5b42baa2bcb4
out of the folder Electronic Arts to just Program Files (x86).
MOVE, not COPY

Also make sure when you start the game after a new install, make sure you're clicking the launch icon in the new Game folder, and not the Game_ folder. Only saying that because I did it lol.

You can delete the Game_ folder Smile
