can i install this expansion without the other expansion? just this expansion only? "The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs"

Yes. Easiest way is by using my repack (link in signature).

i already did but nothings change.

i already install it what i need but when i start the game its still the same game i mean the base game. no new espansion

First i download the cats and dogs. After it i run the setup then next next. Then its done. Then i start the game boom no changes.

do i need to transfer the folder of the origin to the folder of game?

Just download those files and run the setup.
