Can't Ask to Go Potty and No Counter Space to Cook Despite Multiple Counters.

I'm sooooo excited for the new EP and so far I have no problem with except I suspect there's some sort of bug where after my sim ask his dog to go potty, doggo does not respond, or they just froze as if the interaction has been cancelled. 

My sims can't use the counters to cook either. They are multiple empty counters, but they keep going back and forth from counter to counter and finally just drops the meal on the floor and complain of not being able to cook.

Oh and one more thing, I notice some of my adult sims lost a slot for their traits and only have 2 instead of the usual 3.

Does anyone else have these problems?

I'm not so sure about the other issues but regarding the counters, what happens if you delete (sell) them in buymode, and then purchase a new one? I know that's a stupid "solution", but that bug has been around since the beginning I believe, that you can't use these various kitchen apparels.

Yes I've tried selling and re-buying all the counters, de-cluttering them, and added new ones but my sims won't use any XD I've noticed it before but last time my sims would use the sink as a surface XD Now I notice they can't get water from the sink anymore XD and my doggo can't go potty so I had to use cheats on him. I tried taking him on walks and encourage to do business but that didn't work either. The interaction got cancelled rigt after the animation finishes.

Owh! I think I know what's the deal! Those damn broken mods > I tried removing everything and boom everything works fine; counters, potty all are okay.

Problem solved! I remove some mods and cc's which I suspect may be the culprit and now doggo can go potty and sims can use counters!

Damn mods.
