Can't cook

My sims can't cook. I have tried a new home, new kitchen, new stove, new fridge, putting stove and fridge outside. I have tried restarting game, starting a new game, even reapplying last update as that has fixed issues before. I also moved that chair/table by the kitchen door. Every time I try I get this:

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

Not much. Do what I said (move the folder from Documents) and if that doesn't help, run validator again, this time uncheck "quick scan".

I just did and that fixed it so something in my mods folder is probs causing an issue. I will just have to add a little back at a time and try to figure out which folder is causing the issue.

It was the dont prep food where you angry poo mod in case someone else has this issue.
