MAJOR glitches after installing Cats and Dogs

(Sorry if this has been posted already but wtf)

Hello everyone.
After having to completely reinstall TS4 after messing everything up, I made sure to do things right this time. At least, I'm pretty sure I did it right.

Everything was completely fine and operational until I installed Cats and Dogs. First thing I noticed when starting the game up, was that it wasn't counting C&D as being installed. The icon was still greyed out.

Thought I'd go into CAS and see if that was true, and this is what I saw.



How do I fix this...wtf.

Is it possible I had a messed up torrent for C&D? I had to do some digging, but I still installed it off of this website.
