A problem with the crack i think (or me)

Hi, i installed everything, like in the step by step tutorial provided, and when i start the game it says this :
Any help?

That said, what is the wording of the error that you get 

Hi it was saying Origin was not running, i fix that, i cut sims4 from EA folder and put it in program files, BUT when i play the game, press play, create character, it has no character selected.... i go to library and put my dude in to a house, the game crashes....

i would LOVE if somone could reinstal the game with tw12 or something (is on a ssd so it should not take too much)
