Endless loading screen household after installing cats & dogs (with cc & mods)

Hi everyone, I seem to have a problem after installing cats & dogs. My game works fine if I don't enable my cc & mods in my game because if I do, I get an endless loading screen when I try to open a household. I already installed the update for the game and tried 'the mod conflict detector' but nothing seems to work.. Help?
