Hello @solardia!

If you installed every item according to the TS4 Must-Read Guide, then this is usually something that can be fixed easily. Try the suggestions here:

Should this not do the trick for you...then you still have the option of re-applying the DLC according to the Must-read guide. What you should do in addition then, is to just leave the installation folder of The Sims 4, in just one specific location (so avoid moving the folder around, if you can).

ive got it fixed tysm for the response i had forgotten to install cats and dogs all done now playing very smoothly ty for your help!

If you just forgot to install the latest Cats & Dogs torrent, these Llama icons normally shouldn't show up though.    But OK. Was there anything else you needed help with for the moment?

no i dont think so i caught a sale at origin and purchased a bit of the sims i have the sims 4 deluxe and also the city living and the get to work pack would i still be able to use stuff from you guys even though i have got these? or is it not possible or a royal pain in the arse?  thanks again! happy holidays!

Without going into the minutiae, no, you cannot/should not mix those Origin games with the cracked files.

You're welcome, and if you haven't actually activated those serial numbers for the DLC on Origin yet, maybe you could give the serial numbers to someone else as a gift (not me, in case you thought  , I am not in the least interested in TS4 games ).

  

LOL no i wont be giving them away i have been a simmer since 2000  ill just use what i got or stay with what i have then:)
