Can't play in apartments after The Sims 4 Pets

Hello!
I'm having issues with playing The Sims 4.
I installed The Sims 4 Pets and latest patch, but I can't play in apartments.
I move my family in san myshuno and when I try to play, I get to loading screen and then back to map of world (willow creek, san myshuno etc.).
I can play normally on lots like in Newcrest etc. but not in apartments.
I removed all of my mods and tried again, but it's still not working.
Please help, thank you.

Unfortunately, I tried to test my game and it seems to be working fine so far. I'd suggest re-installing your entire game again or perhaps renaming your sims 4 folder in Documents so you can start 'anew'.
