So I realize updating to High Sierra was not a good idea for Sims 4 on Mac. How do i fix the issue of the Sims 4 Wrapper not opening?

This should solve the problem with HS and wine wrappers:

1) Go to your Sims 4 app (the wine wrapper). Right click on the application, choose Show Package Contents. Double click on Wineskin;

2) Choose Advanced; Click Configuration, click on Screen Option, untick Auto Detect GPU. Click Done;

3) Click Tools, select Winetricks, search for "videomemorysize", select option that matches the closest the setting of your computer, click Run. Close everything and run the game.
