Origin is not running, unable to start Empty Origin is not running, unable to start

Hi I've tried downloading 3 times but I'm always having the same problem. I can't seem to start the game as origin is not running. Even when I installed, exited, uninstalled and went offline I keep getting the same message.Origin is not running, unable to start Origin10

First of all, make sure Origin is not active on your computer.
The folder Game from Program Files\The Sims 4 should be excluded in your anti-virus.
When that's done, recopy/paste your latest DLC.
