Sims 4 Packs Won't Install After toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff

Hi everyone! I'm having a bit of trouble getting some of the packs and expansions in the game, and am hoping that someone could help. Everything goes smoothly and works properly until I install the Parenthood pack. Any expansions or packs after that one (which also doesn't show up in the game) doesn't show. I've tried everything from uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to replacing the Game folder in the The Sims 4 folder to trying fixes and updates, and nothing has worked. Can anyone help?

• yes I've gotten all of the packs from Games4TheWorld
  
• yes I've followed the instructions, both the *MUST READ* and the instructions in the game install folders, verbatim 
  
• yes I've searched the forum for solutions, and none of them have worked
  
• yes I installed the packs in order according to the *MUST READ*
  

Have you tried completely deleting The Sims 4 and reinstalling it?

Yes about three or four times now, and I keep having the same issue everytime.

I hope you did not use the Ultimate Fix, as that would cancel out all your DLC's

No, I definitely haven't used that one. When installing, all the packs prior to the toddlers and vampires one always shows up just fine in game even when I've tried fixes. So I know that I haven't uses that one.
