After installing The Sims 4: Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff, can't get into houses...

After downloading The Sims 4: Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff, O can't seem to be able to enter housefolds... i can change world, create a sim but when I want to start playing. I just cant get into a house... the computer will load for hours and will not get into it... I tried uninstalling everything and install them again and it is still the same... what is happening? Is there a way to fixe it?

Hello and welcome to the Forum @Anvi,

The probably easiest way to fix the problem is this. Go to where you installed the game to. Inside the install-directory, delete the folder "Game". After that, you install the remaining G4TW packs on top of your installation. I.E. the guide here, from step #8 onwards.
