Service Initialization Failed (0x0175dcbb)
Prologue
I opened up my computer and decided I wanted to play The Sims 3, but to my surprise, despite never uninstalling my games at all, Origin said my Sims 3 games were all uninstalled. So, I decided to download a crack off of the official downloads page over here.
My Struggles Trying to Get This to Work
I unzipped the files into My "TS3 Crack" folder(That I made myself), deleted my Sims 3 Files from my Origin and Electronic Arts folders in Program Files(x86) folder, and loaded up "Setup.exe" it stated I already installed the game, and that I had to uninstall it, so I installed the installation fix from a sticky thread here, and it said I already have it installed, so updating would serve no use.
The Aforementioned Issue
When I tried to open "TS3W.exe," I get an error stating "Service Initialization Failed (0x0175dcbb)."
Computer Information
Processor: AMD A8-4555M APU with Radeon HD Graphics ~1.6GHz
Ram: 4096MB
Graphics Card Model:AMD Radeon HD 7600G
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit(10.0, build 16299)

More Issues
- I cannot find out how to uninstall my OG Sims 3 files, I deleted them but they still seem to have traces somewhere
- I emptied my recycle bin so I can't go fish out my trashed files

Hello,
I think there may be traces left in the registry. You can try a registry cleaner, or clean up manually.
If you want to clean it up manually, run regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Sims > The Sims 3
