Crashes when trying to place a household. [SOLVED]

Create a Sim works fine with no problems whatsoever. However, when I try to move a family into a house/lot, there are a few random bugs including a big square with a llama appearing in random places on the screen? When I try to confirm the family to move into the house/lot, the game immediately crashes.

I followed all the instructions to install the game correctly and did so very carefully.

I read through the below link and tried all the suggestions:

However, none of this has stopped it from crashing.

I have also been reading other forum posts from people with the same problem but to no avail. I was wondering if anyone had some sort of solution yet?

1. Open your install folder (probably C:\Program Files\The Sims 4)
2. Open folders Game ->Bin
3. Open the file RldOrigin.ini with f.e. notepad
4. In the section [INT] you'll see CNT= (a number), memorize that number.
5. Download the latest Game folder from https://goo.gl/wK4LdG and extract with Winrar
6. Now go to your install folder again and delete the folder Game
7. Copy the folder Game from #5 to your install folder
8. Again, open Game ->Bin ->RldOrigin.ini
9. Amend the CNT=151 to the number you noted in #4 and save file
10. Play game as an administrator first time

No you can't. That can only be done by an Admin or Mod
