NO MODS AFTER SIMS 4 STUDIO PATCH???

Please help!
I've downloaded S4S and ran the Update CC patch, and now when I run the game I have 800 out of the previous 3,500 mods in my game.
I have had no problems with these mods in the past and they have all worked perfectly without issue- I have no idea what to do.
I have checked the backup folder, however I had to run the patch twice so I have no original back up.

see te previous thread you posted. Sims 4 studio creates back up file. Just re-install from there. Copy/paste
