CC issue.

I'm having some issues with custom content in my sims 4 game.  When I buy certain cc items and place them in buy/build mode, they automatically disappear.  This has been a persistent problem since just before Cats and Dogs came out.  Mostly the issue has been with couches and sofas.  it's terribly irritating.  I downloaded the sims 4 studio and tried to do a batch fix, as recommended by someone here, but that hasn't worked.  The program says the content has been fixed but it still does not appear.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try at first to delete the cache. Go under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ and delete the following:

  localthumbschace.package
  the contents inside folder "cache" (not the actual "cache" folder though!)
  and the contents inside the folder "cachestr" (not the actual "cachestr" folder though!)

Now when re-starting the game, if your furniture has been placed already, please delete (sell) those items. Or just try placing down a couple of new ones. See if the issue persists. Good luck!
