CAS broken

Hey guys, I really hope someone can help me, I've been dealing with this for the past few days and can't fix it. After installing Cats & Dogs when I go to CAS I can see only sim's legs and nothing else, can't even open the menu. I couldn't fix it so I installed Laundry Day, still have the same problem. I downloaded the latest 1.38.49.1020 update and replaced the Game folder, still same. I am not using any mods or cc. I tried also deleting the The Sims 4 folder in Documents/Electronic Arts, but nothing. I reinstalled the game. I restarted my laptop. Nothing helps. Please, this is driving me crazy.
