Missing Screenshots

I'm having the same problem. Have tried installing the game several times, but the problem repeats every time ever since I installed Cats & Dogs (didn't have the problem before that).
Mods or CC don't seem to be the cause.

I've followed the instructions that come with the .torrent files and the instructions here on the site. Game works fine, I get a notification that a screenshot has been taken, but the Screenshots folder remains empty.
Have tried removing and deleting the whole EA folder under Documents and just the Screenshots folder. The game creates new folder, but the pictures won't show up.
Restarting the game doesn't work either.

The only thing I've changed is remove both the reshade folder included in the .torrent file in the Bin folder and the three related (?) dxgi files that came in the newest update 1.37.35.1010 (game opens with the reshade folder in the Bin, but not with the dxgi files).
I'm running 64bit Win7.

Would truly appreciate if someone had an answer for this problem. Screenshots are really important for me.

My question is, is having both of these folders causing the confusion for the game? If so, how do i fix it? I tried deleting the EA folder in My Documents and replacing them all in the Sims 4 folder, but each time I restart the game, it just spawns a new one and still the same issue with screenshots.


I'm using windows 7 and using 32bit. Any help please?

The Forum was closed temporarily, and we are just now slowly getting back on track. Do you have Windows 10, and if so, do you have this "OneDrive" activated? Please turn that off, because that thing can save your stuff into the "cloud".
