Crash upon launching

Hello !
I downloaded and installed the entire Sims 4 collection in the right order all the way till Laundry stuff, but now when I try to launch the game, it says :
There was a problem initializing your Video Card. Please try launching the Sims 4 again.
The error code is [579bc009:1df4e8dc:00000000:912c9c10]
What could possibly cause it?

EDIT: The error message doesn't cme up anymore, but the game still crashes after a second of white screen, with no other result, even if I run it as administrator...

I had the same problem after the installation of the update 1.39.
I downloaded the Game folder and copy/paste it again and the problem was solved.
I have really no idea what caused this error.
