llama EVERYWHERE!

I've always played to Sims 4 (downloaded from here) without problems, but today, after I've reset my PC I can't played it.
Installed from TS4 to TS4 Laundry day, and now after I created my new household that I can't do anything.
It appear like this https://i.servimg.com/u/f62/19/85/73/65/simsla10.jpg and my household get deleted... How can I solve this?
It's horrible, in my only day off I can't play to TS
Another question.
I'm italian, and i've never been able to set italian language to TS4 (it only work with the base game). Do someone know how to set it? (Yeah, i know, this is expleined in the Installation guide, but (with the EP after the base game) with me this asn't ever worked.

It could be a problem caused by CC, if not by CC then:

Download the latest Game folder from HERE
Extract with Winrar
Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder in Program Files.
Copy the newly downloaded game folder to the location where you just deleted the Game folder.

Change game to Italian.
Go to your install folder in Program Files
Open the folder Game -> Bin
Open the file RldOrigin.ini with Notepad
Change the line Language=en_Us to Language=it_IT and save the file
Now start your game as an Administrator by rightclicking on the shortcut on your desktop for the Sims 4
