Sim won't move, Can't get massage on SPa and Llama Images on worlds

So basically here are my issues:

1.) 2 of my worlds are filled with LLama images: Oasis Springs and Willow Creek




2.) My Sims won't take a bath and cook via the fridge. The money is deducted but they won't do the command. 
3.) I can't get a massage or do anything at the Spas. Same as above they won't do the command.


Things I've done:  I installed get together and the ultimate fix, uninstalled, tried to reinstall again and again but to no avail. I also installed the hotfix but it only fixed my NewCrest issue with the Llama images.
