Sims 4 not launching. [CLOSED]

hi when i try to launch my sims 4 it keep getting a pop up window saying The Sims 4 already running an a bunch of nunbers below the writing.

the re-boot didnt work for me still getting the same problem i'm feeling i did something wrong when i installed the packs after Fitness Stuff when i installed Toddlers Stuff... B4 copy and pasteing toddler stuff do i have to rename the game folder or delete i'm so confuse with this step
10.) Download and install the torrent The Sims 4: Toddlers Stuff. If you just want to play with the Toddlers Stuff DLC, and your game starts up with Error Code 3/in Spanish, please delete the "Game"-folder once more from your install directory of The Sims 4. Download and apply the fixed "Game-folder" for Toddlers Stuff instead. If you still want more DLC, skip using this fixed "Game-folder", and go ahead with step #11.

1. Download the latest folder Game, http://zipteria.com/A9az, extract with winrar
2. Open your present folder Game in Program Files\The Sims 4 (or wherever your install folder is)
3. Open file RldOrigin.ini (somtimes also shown as just RldOrigin) wth f.e. notepad
4. There you'll see CNT= a number, please memorize that number.
5. Now delete folders Game (and if you have it) Game_ from your install folder
6. Open the folder Game from #1 and again open RldOrigin
7. Change CNT=151 to CNT= the number you memorized in #4 and save the file
8. Copy the amended folder Game to your install folder
9. Start game the first time as an Administrator.

Ok I got the game to launch now I'm getting not responding when playing the game
