Sims 4 Won't Boot Whatsoever(No Error Message) Empty Sims 4 Won't Boot Whatsoever(No Error Message)

Whenever I try to load up The Sims 4(since I installed GP06), it'll show the "Open as Admin" message, and then the game wil not even boot.
I've installed the "Game" folder
I've loaded up both TS4.EXE and TS4x64.EXE
I've moved my folder
And yes, I loaded it on Administrator the first time, then tried without admin. I got the same result
And Origin was not open

From time to time I also get this message.
When I just click the message away, some time later the game will start anyway.
My computer has a LED (lamp) that shows activity on my HDD. During startup that LED should light up.
