Game suddenly can't start
Hello!
Today my game suddenly stopped to working. It has worked perfectly fine until now. I recently downloaded "Jungle adventure" and installed the game and was playing it, and it was all fine as usual. But now when I wanted to play I get this error " Unable to Start, Initialization error at startup: 135dec40:2f000e76:000000084:18a1dd51". I've read that it can have something to do with Origin but I dont have Origin installed on my computer. I Think this problem is a bit weird because it worked fine 5 hours ago. What do I do?
Thank you for Reading!

Re: Game suddenly can't start
I am having this same problem as well. I was just playing just fine then next thing i know it says unable to start! I hope there is a solution soon. I have rebooted my PC twice. I even copy and pasted the folders again!

Re: Game suddenly can't start
Sorry for the belated reply everybody,
The error is - in 9 out of 10 cases - due to antivirus interferences.

You have to "work around" your antivirus software and Windows Defender, by means of setting their exclusion paths such, that the programs won't scan the paths of The Sims 4.
Then re-apply whatever latest Sims 4 update/DLC you used last, and hopefully you're set!
