Missing OrEmu.dll File Empty Missing OrEmu.dll File

I downloaded and installed Sims 4: My First Pet Stuff and it played without incident for a week. I went to launch it a few nights ago and received "OrangeEmu.dll is missing" error message. I'm puzzled because my Sims programs are supposed to be whitelisted. Can I just replace this or are more drastic measures required? WhatDidUJustCallMe?

You will only see this error when you play in 32-bits mode.
The Anti-Virus has removed the file OrangeEmu.dll
