Hello I applied the fix to my game and it works but I am afraid to add expansions packs especially older ones like ambitions and late night and stuff packs so I was wondering can I add expansions after I applied the fix and I have saved towns?

Hello,
That shouldn't be a problem at all. Worst case scenario: you'll have to reapply the fix. But that will only be true for the newer packs, the older ones like the ones you mention can be installed without applying the fix again, just skip the #crack folder for any packs you're installing since your game is already cracked. And you can ignore Late Night's instructions to reinstall everything.
