Can you Install More Packs even after you have already applied the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix?

Ok so I already updated all of the expansions I have right now which are the World Adventures expansion and the Town Life Stuff expansion, and I also applied the Ultimate Fix for the game. Say I want to install more expansions, do I need to reapply the Ultimate Fix crack or do I just install the expansion and apply its crack to update it and I'm good to go?

Just install the new expansion packs you want, but do not apply any more "# Crack" folders. Only install the expansion pack(s) and then test the game.
