No Game Options

Hi, thank you for reading my topic. I've been following all updates, and the main menu even says that my game is version 1.41.42, the latest version. Everything is running smoothly after I installed the latest update. The only thing is when I click on Game Options, the only thing that will pop up is the menu with only the Graphics tab and Apply Changes, and Restore Defaults. Help!
 Note- As I'm writing this, my Sims 4 screen is frozen in the way that the buttons won't respond as I'm pressing them. The animations are running and the little movements from the Sims and the buttons are still moving. 
 Note 2- I did replace and merge the folders twice, as well as delete all of the new mods and cc I just downloaded. It did not help.

I had the same problem and the UI cheats extension version 1.36.102 was the culprit. There is a new version out. I removed the old version and game options work perfectly now.
Play a vanilla game and see if problems persist.
