Deleted lot & people that lived in it

Hi, until a few days ago i could play normally (after installing the game folder fix). I loaded my game (my loads are still there) and it took me to Worlds, my household is supposed to live in san myshuno but they're not there, the house was reset and now npcs live in it. I have custom lots and custom content. The family and the lot are saved in the library but their skills are gone
There was a notification a few days ago that everything was reset/unable to load but im not sure exactly what it said.
When i turned sims on today an error popped up that said "Run on administrator mode the first time" which is weird because i've already done that before and after that i ran sims at least 40 times. Tried it again and it didnt change anything
Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm sorry but the problem looks mods/hacks/scripts/CC related just as 95% (or more) problems in the Sims games.

I've had the same mods before this happened, and I tried removing the mods folder already
im not sure about hacks or scripts because ive never downloaded them and have no idea how to use them
